Privacy policy
Bobski-Sites keeps data collection to the minimum needed to answer your questions and build your website. This page explains what that means in practice.

Who is responsible
Bobski-Sites is run by Robin Allaert, Belgium. Robin is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any privacy question, message him on WhatsApp (+32 468 31 71 05) or use the contact form on this website.
What data is collected
Contact form: your name, your email address and your message. You choose what you write.
WhatsApp: if you message Robin on WhatsApp, he receives your phone number, your WhatsApp name and your messages.
Website statistics: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referring website, country, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you personally.
Server logs: the hosting provider briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
Why your data is used
To reply to your question and, if you want, to prepare and carry out an agreement for your website. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Anonymous statistics are used to understand how the website is used and to improve it (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your data is never sold and never used for advertising.
Who processes your data
FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) forwards contact form messages to Robin by email; the email is stored in Google Gmail.
WhatsApp (Meta) handles WhatsApp messages.
Vercel hosts the website and provides the anonymous statistics.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. They do so under their own privacy terms and safeguards for international transfers.
How long data is kept
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your question and, if you become a client, for as long as the cooperation lasts plus the period required by Belgian accounting law. Messages that do not lead to cooperation are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Cookies and storage
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. It only remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme, stored in your own browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy. Send your request via WhatsApp or the contact form and Robin will answer within one month.
If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
