Who we are

Bobski-Sites is run by Robin Allaert, Belgium ("Bobski-Sites"). "You" means the business owner who orders a website.

Packages and prices

Bobski-Sites offers the Basic, Standard and Advanced packages as described on the website, each with a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. The prices on the website at the time you order apply. Work outside a package is quoted upfront and only starts after your approval.

The setup fee and the first monthly fee are paid before work starts. After that, the monthly fee is due every month on the same day of the month as your first payment, with 14 days to pay.

Delivery

Delivery times (1⁠–⁠2 days for Basic, 2⁠–⁠3 days for Standard, 2⁠–⁠4 days for Advanced) start once Bobski-Sites has received your payment and all your content: texts, photos, logo and details. Delays in providing content or feedback move the delivery date accordingly.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds before launch: 1 for Basic, 2 for Standard and 3 for Advanced. Additional revisions are quoted upfront.

What the monthly fee covers

Hosting, your domain name (.be or .com), SSL, security updates and backups, plus small changes such as new prices, opening hours, photos or text: up to 30 minutes per month on Basic, 1 hour on Standard and 2 hours on Advanced. Larger changes are quoted upfront.

Your content

You are responsible for the texts, photos and other material you provide, and confirm you have the right to use them. Bobski-Sites may refuse content that is unlawful.

Ownership

Once the setup fee is paid, the website and its content are yours. The domain name is yours.

Cancelling

There is no long-term contract: you pay per month and can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep your domain and Bobski-Sites hands over your site files.

Cancelling takes effect from your next monthly payment day. If you cancel on or after your monthly payment day, the fee for that month is still due and must be paid first; your website then stays online until the end of that paid month.

Availability and liability

Bobski-Sites takes care to keep your website online and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, as hosting depends on third-party providers. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are first resolved together; if that fails, the competent Belgian courts decide.
